Mass Beta House Fundraiser

The Mass Beta chapter of Phi Kappa Psi at Brandeis is at risk of losing Its house at 18-20 Hammer Street in Waltham!   The Hammer Street house has been the heart and soul of the fraternity since 2006 when it was graciously donated to the PhiPsi National Foundation which now needs to sell it.  The newly-formed Mass Beta Alumni and Housing Corporation is now seeking to purchase the house, renovate it, and maintain it as the central meeting place and residence for chapter.

A new FAQ has been setup to address many of the questions we have been receiving.  Please have a look at It here:

More details can be found in our Alumni & Housing Corporation update presentation found here:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WlnrNOXVKhk-ooRgXxmZuOags4eHmYtA/view?usp=sharing

We have also recently made an update video with more details about our current progress.  Watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ZAgJvMgnok

The goal of the fundraiser is to raise $300,000.  We are looking for your commitment to make annual gifts for 5 years.  Those pledges of recurring gifts are nearly as good as money today for the chapter to borrow against and make the purchase and necessary renovations to the house.

There are various Giving Tiers.  Each donor will be recognized according to their giving tier by a plaque to be commissioned and permanently mounted in the chapter house.  Giving tiers are as follows but you can give any amount:
